Y’all asked for it…..and we heard you!
We now have sides of pork and whole hogs available. Heritage breed (Berkshire, Duroc, Red Wattle), happy hogs – pasture raised and fed exclusively on organically grown forage and NON-GMO certified organic grain supplements. More expensive, but worth it we believe! Careful….once you try this you may never be able to eat the other kind again!
Side of pork……………$4.50/hanging weight pound + processing fees
Whole hog…………….$4.00/hanging weight pound + processing fees
(includes: Ground pork, breakfast sausage, bratwurst, shoulder roasts, smoked ham, smoked bacon, loin roasts, chops, pork neck bones, tenderloin, spare ribs)
